We've had the play centre under new management for almost a year now and it's time to take a reality check! All those customers, friends and connections that first filled in my survey, I'd like to say thank you.
All the changes on cleanliness, customer service, the coffee machine, the toilet checks, the picnic boxes and party structure - they were all improvements based upon feedback.
